We currently ship to eligible locations shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, you will be notified before completing your purchase.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
House of Opulent Creations is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
