Returns
We accept returns only for non-custom, non-personalized items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or error on our part. This is standard practice for custom products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
