What do you sell?

We sell tumblers and other lifestyle products, including custom and personalized designs. Some items are handmade or made to order.


Are your tumblers customizable?

Yes. Selected tumblers can be customized.
Custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.


How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.


Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to eligible locations shown at checkout. If your location is not available, it will not appear as a shipping option.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only for non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or error on our part.


Do you offer refunds?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.


Do you store my payment information?

No. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store credit or debit card details.
